Kat Abril is a 26-year old queer artist who started working in traditional mediums in 2014. 

They attended the Anglo-American University of Prague for a degree in the fine arts, curatorship, and art history in 2018. Since then they have moved to Meanjin (Brisbane) and have continued their practice there. Where they are refining their ideology with the idea that “Art is Play”. 

Kat draws inspiration from nature, the surreal, and dreams.
